Default Should Bush should be tried for war crimes?

Do you think President Bush should be tried for war crimes for everything he did while in Office? In my opinion he should. He has violated the Constitution as well as numerous domestic and international laws. He invaded Iraq based on lies which have killed thousands of innocent people. He damaged the image of the US around the world when it became known that the US was torturing prisoners. He deserves to pay.

Only if Bill Clinton is tired for his war crimes in the Balkans.

No, Bush freed millions of people and history will judge him good. He broke no laws.

Why stop with Bush? Also Cheney, Rumsfeld, and all members of Congress who voted to authorize military action in Iraq, including Sen. Clinton.

It might be a good idea, but not near the transition to Obama. He has too much on his plate already, and its best not to add to it. Israel picked a the best time to attack because Bush basically has no power and Obama still isn't the offical president. They knew that the US wouldn't do much when the rest of the middle east asked for a response. I do agree with POW that some of his admins should be tried, too.
