Unemployment in America has hit a new high of 7.4% after 546,000 jobs were cut from the industry. How far will this global economic recession go?

It will keep going in a downhill spiral until we do something about it, and hopefully, with Obama in office in a couple of weeks, that something will occur soon.

Hopefully Obama's stimulus package will help reduce the effects of the recession and prevent that from ever happening. It all just depends on how fast Congress can get it passed.
